Refund policy

Up to 24 hours before the start time, we give a full refund. The Muir Woods premium can be refunded up to four days before to the trip.

Upgrade

Beginning in March 2021, access to Muir Woods will be an optional upgrade. Transportation from Sausalito to Muir Woods and back is included.

FAQs

Is access to Muir Woods included in the upgrade?

Shuttle service from the Sausalito waterfront to Muir Woods and return is part of the Muir Woods improvement. The Muir Woods National Monument admission fee is not included and must be paid at the gate.

What is the policy on rescheduling?

We are aware that plans can change. For this tour, we provide a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the start time. If you are unable to attend this trip, we will reschedule you to a later date at no additional cost. Shuttle passes to Muir Woods, on the other hand, cannot be rescheduled within four days of the trip. Please keep in mind that if you have already rescheduled your tour, there are no refunds available.

What about tips?

Tips are always welcome, but they are never expected. They’re an excellent way to express your gratitude and tell your guide that they did a fantastic job.
