How much walking is there?
Our tour of Fisherman’s Wharf includes about a mile of moderate walking. If mobility is an issue, you can also arrange a private tour.
Is the tour of Alcatraz guided?
This trip includes a ticket to Alcatraz, allowing visitors to take a self-guided tour. There is an audio guide that may be accessed through your smartphone. Only one approved provider is permitted by the National Park Service to operate cruises to the island. In addition to a tour of Fisherman’s Wharf, your guide will also help you locate your cruise.
What is the cancellation policy?
We provide a 100% refund up to 24 hours before the start time of the walking tour. You may cancel your Alcatraz ticket up to 10 days (240 hours) before your tour time and get a full refund. Cancellation within ten days will incur a charge.
What if it rains?
Our tours go on rain or shine, so please check the weather forecast before you go. If we have to cancel due to severe weather conditions, we will give you the option to reschedule or get a full refund.
