How much walking is there?

Guests should be prepared to walk a little more than a half-mile. It is suggested that you wear comfortable shoes. If mobility is an issue, you can also arrange for a private tour.

Are vegetarian or other dietary options available?

In terms of dietary restrictions, we can accommodate vegetarians and vegans, but not gluten-free diets.

Are drinks included?

Food will be provided with water and, at times, a non-alcoholic beverage.

Metered parking is available on the street throughout the neighborhood.

When should I get there?

Prepare to arrive 15 minutes early. The trip begins immediately, and if you come late, you may not be able to catch up.

What if it rains?

Our tours go on rain or shine, so please check the weather forecast before you go. If we have to cancel due to severe weather conditions, we will give you the option to reschedule or get a full refund.

Are gratuities included?

Tips are always appreciated, but they are never expected. They’re an excellent way to express your gratitude and tell your guide that they did a fantastic job.

What is the rescheduling policy?

We are aware that plans might change. You may easily change your tour up to 24 hours before departure. We provide a 100% refund up to 24 hours before the start of your tour. Within 24 hours of your tour, we would have incurred hard costs and therefore cannot allow rescheduling or cancellation without costs.
