FAQs

How far must one walk?

Very little. The majority of the day will be spent driving, with brief stops to stretch your legs and get a closer look at the city.

What is the rescheduling policy?

We are aware that plans can change. Up to 48 hours before the start of your tour, you have the choice of a 100% refund or a rescheduled departure. We would have incurred hard expenditures within 48 hours of your tour, so we are unable to permit rescheduling or cancellation without fees.

When should I get there?

Be prepared to arrive a few minutes early. Your tour will begin punctually, so if you are late, you might not get the whole amount of time.

What if it rains?

We operate tours in every weather. You will receive a full refund if we are forced to cancel due to severe weather.

Are gratuities included?

Though not required, tips are always welcomed and appreciated by our guides. Giving your guide a gratuity is a fantastic way to express that you thought they did an excellent job.
